Drinking and driving is dangerous, more so because people can't be sure whether the have too much alcohol in there blood or not, many factors affect how quickly your body can eliminate alcohol, your age, gender, weight and so on so there's no safe limit for everybody, the only real way to be safe is to not drink on the same evening you go out thought it is entirely possible to wake up from a hard night's drinking the following morning and still be over the limit.
Whether it is "the most dangerous" I'm not sure, you might take drugs and drive for instance, you might speed without wearing a seatbelt or walk on a tightrope over a volcano with no safety net, there are many dangerous things you can do!
